The Human Resources Coordinator supports the daily operations of the Human Resources department by maintaining personnel records and employee files, processing personnel transactions, assisting with recruitment tasks, and performing other related office functions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain employee files and explain company policies and procedures to employees
Prepare employment letters, memorandums, and other related documents; review employee files and furnish information to authorized persons; provide verification of employment
Act as a liaison between employees and insurance providers
Ensure the effective utilization of plans related to HR programs and services
Assist with administering health and benefits plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations
Fulfill employee requests and answer questions
Coordinate new employee hiring processes and schedule interviews
Assist with performance review and termination processes
Coordinate departmental travel
Assist with the preparation and submission of the departmental budget
Coordinate employee trainings and events hosted by the HR department
Ensure the timely processing of invoices and requisitions
Create announcements related to hiring, training, seminars, workshops and other HR activities

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software. Advanced skills in Excel preferred
Education & Experience
Graduation from an accredited university with an Associate's degree in business management, industrial psychology, human resources management, or other related field. Bachelor's degree preferred.
