In this role, you will provide key administrative and operational support to our HR department, supporting employees throughout their entire lifecycle—from recruitment to onboarding, training, and beyond.

Support recruitment efforts: job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and background checks.
Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation logistics, and I-9 verification.
Maintain clear communication with candidates and employees in English and Spanish.
Manage employee records in compliance with company policy and legal requirements.
Enter and maintain accurate data in HRIS (UKG preferred).
Assist with benefits enrollment and respond to employee benefits inquiries.
Support FMLA, ADA, workers’ comp, and leave tracking documentation.
Translate HR policies, notices, and training materials for Spanish-speaking employees.
Assist with employee relations and conflict resolution documentation.
Plan and coordinate training sessions, including logistics and bilingual materials.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written) — required.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
1–3 years of HR or administrative experience, preferably in manufacturing or operational environments.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
High attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with HRIS systems (UKG preferred).
Familiarity with HR compliance practices (FMLA, ADA, EEO) is a plus.
