Position Summary: To provide support and coordinate HR functions such as new hire orientation, training and development, recruiting, and employee relations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating human resources processes

  • Answering new employee requests and questions

  • Assisting with new employee hiring processes

  • Assisting with the performance review and termination processes

  • Assisting with the recruitment and interview processes

  • Coordinate with department managers and supervisors to assess the training needs of their employees

  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.

  • Providing benefits orientations and enrollments

  • Maintaining employee files as to ensure accuracy and compliance

  • Coordinating all employee incentive programs

  • Maintaining new hire reports

  • Planning and conducting employee presentations and enrollments

  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.

  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
