We are looking for a reliable, organized, and people-focused team member who wants to grow in recruiting, staffing coordination, and HR operations.

What You'll Do

  • Post jobs on Indeed and other platforms
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews
  • Coordinate onboarding paperwork and orientation training
  • Collaborate with managers on employee scheduling and shift coverage
  • Track call-outs and assist in troubleshooting coverage

What You Need

  • 1+ year of administrative, office, or customer service experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Professional and dependable work ethic

(Associate or Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred but not required.)
