We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team!


How You'll Make a Difference

The Human Resources Coordinator will provide administrative support to the various HR functions, including recruiting, employee relations, safety, compensation, benefits, leave, employee engagement, compliance, training and enforcing company HR policies and practices. The HR Coordinator will collaborate with all members of the HR team, assisting in companywide HR projects and initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute HR functions including but not limited to recruiting, onboarding, disciplinary matters, investigation, leave administration, and performance management
  • Ensure the daily functions of the human resources department is carried out timely and effectively
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers in recruiting, pre-screening, and facilitating the hiring of qualified job applications for open positions as needed
  • Ensure the complete and accurate onboarding of new hires, including conducting background checks and licensure verification
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and employee recognition programs
  • Attend and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices and regulatory changes in human resources
  • Advise managers and supervisors regarding appropriate resolution of employee relations issues
  • Interpret HR policies serving as a resource to staff and the management team
  • Manage and maintain HRIS, keeping accurate and complete records
  • Partner with payroll, and other departments such as clinical and compliance to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall effectiveness of the organization


Qualifications and Skills: 

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Language & Communication Skills: excellent leadership, management, and communication skills with ability to work collaboratively with other departments and external stakeholders; must be fluent in both spoken and written English and maintain professionalism in all verbal and written correspondence with both internal and external clients
  • Decision Making: strong ability to self-manage time to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer Skills: able to utilize necessary programs to ensure effective communication, collection of metrics, and proprietary software; including but not limited to: Microsoft product suite, Adobe Suite and other software as necessary
  • Problem Solving: strong analytical and problem-solving skills
