Minimum Qualification Requirements
Attainment of a minimum of a bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university in human resources administration, business administration, public administration or closely related field, and preferably a minimum of one year responsible experience in coordinating human resource activities; or a combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements.
