Ferguson Township is seeking a part-time Human Resources Coordinator to join our administration team dedicated to supporting the employees of Ferguson Township. This onsite role offers the opportunity to impact the community by supporting the full employee lifecycle for the Public Works, Planning & Zoning, Police, and Administration departments. With competitive compensation and a supportive work environment, you'll grow your human resources competencies and leadership skills while contributing to the community. This role offers up to 28 hours per week, scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

What it's like to be a Human Resources Coordinator at Ferguson Township
As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will support the Township's HR operations by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, benefits, and general human resources related functions. You'll work under the direction of the Director of Human Resources and departments across the organization to ensure that employees are supported and HR activities remain efficient, and compliant.
