Human Resources Coordinator’s Main Objective: The HR Coordinator will assist our HR team across all facets of human resources with a primary focus on recruiting.


NOTE: This is an onsite, full time, benefits-eligible M-F position at our Mid-City headquarters location with a strong preference for local candidates. No remote or part-time candidates, please. Relocation will not be provided for this role. No travel required.


What You Will Do: 

  • Primary in-house resource in fast-paced sourcing and follow up for new talent across various recruiting platforms, including LinkedIn, utilizing industry and platform best practices 
  • Conducting phone screens and providing efficient high-touch coordination of the interview process, focusing on providing a top-notch candidate experience. 
  • Writing job descriptions and conducting hiring kick-off meetings with hiring managers 
  • High volume HR & Recruiting data management within our ATS/HRIS platform (BambooHR) 
  • Support HR Director and HR Generalist as needed with departmental quarterly initiatives 
  • Develop professionally in the HR role, gaining exposure to full life-cycle HR best practices

Skills needed to win:

  • Required: 1 year demonstrable experience and record of success recruiting (conducting fast-paced sourcing and screening) in LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Preferred: Experience recruiting within the healthcare industry 
  • Preferred: Previous HR experience
  • Reliability and punctuality required - will be asking for your references! 
  • Clinical Research experience is not required. (In case you were wondering! We’ll train!) 
  • Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.
