Rosina Food Products is seeking a motivated and collaborative Human Resources Generalist to support our fast-paced Operations teams, including Production, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Warehousing.
This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a hands-on environment and wants to be deeply embedded in plant operations — not just behind a desk.
Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to Associates and managers
Support recruiting, onboarding, and orientation to ensure a strong employee experience
Administer benefits, FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers’ compensation, and leaves
Coordinate temporary staffing activities
Conduct fair, thorough internal investigations
Support performance management and discipline processes
Maintain accurate HR records and reporting
Partner cross-functionally with Operations leadership
Assist with associate engagement events and retention initiatives
2–4 years of progressive HR experience
Associate’s degree (preferred) in HR or related field
Strong understanding of federal and state labor regulations
Experience supporting employee relations and workplace investigations
Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office
Established, stable manufacturing organization
