Position Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: sourcing, screening, interviewing, new hire paperwork processing, and onboarding to ensure hiring, engagement, and retention of high-quality staff. Facilitate niche recruitment strategies and networking with college career programs.
  • Benefits Orientation and Administration: working with employees to communicate benefit options and answer staff benefit questions
  • Employee Relations and Performance Management: partnering with management to ensure timely performance management and fair and equitable problem resolution
  • Compliance: act as the go-to person in the explanation and implementation of company policy and best practices.
  • Special Projects: additional project work as assigned

Education, Competencies, and Credentials:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • PHR Certification/SHRM-CP Certification preferred
  • 2 years of HR experience required; behavioral health experience a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills required
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment required
  • Exceptional Technology skills including UltiPro, CareerBuilder, and Microsoft Office products preferred
  • Forward-thinking, self-starter who works well in a team/collaborative environment
  • Collaborative, innovative, and dynamic team orientated.
