šĀ WhatĀ YouāllĀ DoĀ
Act as a trusted partner for employee relations, investigations, and engagement initiativesĀ
Support performance management, learning, and development programsĀ
Manage global mobility processes, including expatriate compensation, tax coordination, and immigrationĀ
Maintain HR policies and compliance programs (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO, AAP) and support audit readinessĀ
Administer leave programs, payroll audits, HRIS data, and timekeepingĀ
SupportĀ full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and offboardingĀ
Develop andĀ maintainĀ HR metrics and dashboards to support workforce planningĀ

šÆĀ What You BringĀ
Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, orĀ equivalent human resources experienceĀ
4Ā plusĀ years ofĀ corporateĀ HR experience supporting exempt and nonexempt populationsĀ
Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and payroll processesĀ
Experience with international HR, global mobility, or immigration preferredĀ
Advanced skills in ExcelĀ (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas), Word, PowerPoint, and SharePointĀ
Familiarity with using Microsoft 365 Copilot with HRāspecific prompts to automate routine tasks and reduce administrative turnaround timeĀ
HR certification (PHR, SHRMCP, etc.) and Workday/UKG experience a plusĀ

Information related to the position:
The compensation range is $70,000 to $85,000 base salary plus an annual target bonus. Any prospective offer will take into account the overall experience the successful candidate brings to the role. Offers to selected candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.
