The People Success Generalist is energized by building relationships, as well as bringing efficiency and improvements to our employee processes and programs. The PS Generalist is responsible for providing support and services to employees across various programs and will support onboarding, employee programs, project-based tasks, as well as research and administration.

Specifically, the People Success Generalist is responsible for:

  • Maintaining and improving overall onboarding processes and procedures, aligned with company objectives and employee needs.
  • Conducting Onboarding Orientations for new Realty Income employees.
  • Coordinating between Talent Acquisition & Information Technology teams to ensure the timely completion of new hire set-ups both virtually and in-office.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, company guidelines, policies and procedures, and best practices.
  • Addressing employee questions, concerns, manages disputes, supports performance management processes and proactively supporting initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Assisting in identifying training needs and supporting employee development initiatives.
  • Verifying I-9 and Right to Work documentation, as appropriate.
  • Maintaining and modifying our internal SharePoint site on People Success related content.
  • Supporting the Business Partner team with the design and implementation of company-wide and strategic objectives, initiatives, and programs (e.g. Teambuilding, Inclusion and Belonging, Employee Engagement, Wellness, Corporate Social Responsibility, etc.).
  • Hosting and facilitating team member engagement activities to connect and assimilate employees across the organization.
  • Contributing to the development and execution of company policies and procedures.
  • Building credible and effective relationships across the organization.
  • Updating pertinent data and documentation through various systems in a timely manner (e.g. HRIS, ATS, LMS, etc.).

 

The People Success Generalist will manage a variety of tasks throughout a fast-paced day. It is critical for the PS Generalist to be detail-oriented, solutions-minded, technically savvy, self-disciplined, and approachable. Additional required qualifications include:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3 or more years of experience in Human Resources with an organization of more than 100 employees.
  • Knowledge of general HR compliance and employment law.
  • Familiarity working within HRIS, ATS, LMS, or other HR related technology and systems.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Suite – including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Strong working knowledge of HR concepts, practices and procedures.
  • Demonstrated organization and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively listen, maintain confidentiality, speak professionally, and learn processes and procedures quickly.
  • Self-starter, ability to resolve issues and research solutions.
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a healthy comfort to adapt to change.
  • Ability to analyze data and extrapolate trends, themes and narratives.

 

This is a hybrid role, with Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays required in-office. 

The pay range for this role is $67,699 - $82,055 - $99,924.  

Offers near the high end are uncommon but may be considered for candidates with exceptional experience and skills and are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. You may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and an annual discretionary stock award, to be discussed during the interview process. An annual pay rate and total compensation package is generally determined by the candidate's experience, knowledge, education, skills, performance, and abilities, as well as internal equity, company performance, and alignment with market data.
