Human Resources Generalist

Under general supervision, this position will be cross-trained on a broad range of Human Resource related responsibilities, assigned to special projects, and will provide overall support for Human Resource operations.  Reports to the Human Resources Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Cross-trained on a broad range of HR-related responsibilities including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, interviewing, leave management, benefits, payroll, performance management, and employee training.
• Assigned to special projects.
• Provide overall support for our Human Resources operations.
• Serves as file clerk for the department.

Education, Experience, and Requirements
High School Diploma or its equivalent and two (2) year of experience in a job related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Preference for experience in human resources operations. Successful applicant must have a valid driver’s license and pass a background check and physical.
