Human Resources Generalist

To that end, OCES is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist who is primarily responsible for coordination of the full employment lifecycle. The HR Generalist will track all open positions, assist with interviewing, and coordinate the hiring process with the appropriate individuals, including supervisors and managers. They will also be responsible for other administrative duties related to employee onboarding/ongoing support, new hire orientation, and any HR related tasks as assigned.

What you'll do:

• Drive the complete recruiting process using applicant tracking system
• Facilitate/lead new employee orientation and onboarding
• Foster employee engagement and support employees as needed through their time at OCES
• Coordinate the employee review process, exit interview process, and overall monitor staff progress/performance to compile feedback for management
• Provide guidance to supervisory staff as needed to support HR initiatives
• Plan, schedule, and communicate about professional development programs

What you'll bring:

• Your passion for helping others and desire to make a difference
• Knowledge of recruiting and HR best practices
• Three plus years of recruiting/HR experience
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field highly preferred
• HR certification preferred
