🚪 What You’ll Do

• Champion a positive, engaging employee experience across the organization
• Coach leaders and employees to bring out their best
• Implement and refine HR best practices, policies, and processes
• Lead with confidence while remaining open to feedback and growth
• Support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
• Bring creativity and energy to a growing organization

✅ What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources is required
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels
• Confidence in decision-making with a balanced, fair approach
• Experience handling employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to both give and receive constructive feedback
• A positive, team-oriented mindset 

⭐ Preferred (But Not Required)

• HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, etc.)
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, or a related industry
• Experience in a growing or fast-paced environment
