What you'll be doing
The Human Resources Coordinator/Generalist is responsible for supporting a broad range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and HRIS management. This role acts as a vital link between employees and management, ensuring HR operations run smoothly and in alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.

Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating new hire onboarding.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, leave, and general employment issues.
Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system and ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws.
Support benefits enrollment, open enrollment processes, and liaison with benefits providers.
Assist with the administration of employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance reviews.
Coordinate employee offboarding, including exit interviews and termination documentation.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
Track and report on HR metrics such as turnover, headcount, and employee satisfaction.
Ensure proper handling of confidential information and sensitive employee data.
Provide support during audits and ensure HR compliance documentation is up-to-date.
What skills & experience you'll bring to us
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of HR experience in a coordinator or generalist role.
Knowledge of HR laws and best practices (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO, etc.).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom, BambooHR).
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information with discretion.
