Price Industries Inc., seeking a highly skilled and proactive Bilingual Human Resources Generalist (Spanish/English) to support our HVAC manufacturing plant. This role will serve as a key HR resource for employees and management, providing expertise in employee relations, HR administration, compliance, and Paycom system management. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, has excellent communication skills, and can navigate complex HR issues with professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities
Administer and manage all HR functions for plant employees, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, performance management, and terminations.
Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and supervisors, providing guidance on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
Manage and maintain employee records using Paycom, including timekeeping, and HR reporting.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
Support employee relations by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and coaching managers and employees on effective solutions.
Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations, disciplinary actions, and corrective plans.
Facilitate training and development initiatives to support employee engagement and professional growth.
Act as a bilingual liaison, translating and communicating HR information for Spanish-speaking employees when needed.
Collaborate with HR leadership to implement process improvements, HR initiatives, and plant-wide communications.
Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal fluency required)
3+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Paycom HRIS
Solid understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements
Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with discretion
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
HR certifications (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP) preferred but not required
