As an HR Generalist at Sourcebooks, you’ll be at the heart of our HR efforts, supporting a wide range of HR programs while driving employee engagement across a hybrid workforce. You’ll also play a key role in optimizing our HRIS to streamline processes, enhance data accuracy, and improve efficiency. Most importantly, you’ll have the opportunity to influence how we build and nurture a culture that’s passionate about books and growth.
This position is hybrid with 3 days in-office in Naperville and 2 days remote. This is an exempt position with a salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 (salary to commensurate with experience).
