HR Generalist needed asap for an established and growing global fortune 500 manufacturer in hyper-growth mode! The HR Generalist will play a vital role for the company (roughly 450 employees, 2 sites within 10 miles of each other) and involves fostering strong engagement levels among employees and leaders, overseeing organization initiatives, cultivating an engaged work culture, fostering positive employee relationships, and steer the performance and talent management processes.
Required:
HR experience within Manufacturing
Ideally 4+ years HR experience
Experience with hourly employees
Must have a degree
Must be eager and willing to grow within the company
Select Responsibilities:
Coaching, influencing and engaging others
Coach leaders on organization design and effectiveness
Adhere to HR policies, practices, and collective bargaining commitments
Partner during bargaining negotiations
Asses and build leadership bench strength
Use HR Data and metrics to enhance engagement
Champion positive employee relations
Develop and execute recruiting and workforce planning strategies
Create/update position description for new roles
Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws and company policies
