Full-Time | Remote | Reports to Chief Human Resources Officer

Our HR team plays a key role in fostering a culture of care, collaboration, and integrity. We're looking for a detail-oriented and approachable Human Resources Generalist who can support day-to-day HR operations while ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience.
What You'll Do:
- Support employee relations by responding to questions, concerns, and policy inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Assist with onboarding processes to ensure new team members feel welcomed, supported, and equipped for success.
- Maintain HR documentation, including personnel files, policy updates, and compliance reporting.
- Partner with managers and employees on leave administration (FMLA, ADA, etc.), benefits enrollment, and related inquiries.
- Help coordinate wellness, benefits, and engagement programs.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees across the organization.
- Track HR metrics and maintain data accuracy in HR systems (iSolved preferred).
What You'll Bring:
- 3–5 years of HR experience with exposure to employee relations, compliance, and benefits.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and comfort with data entry and reporting.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- SHRM-CP or PHR preferred but not required.
