GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing professional level human resources related work in the following functional areas: recruitment, benefits administration, training/orientation, policy and implementation and performance management. Working in accordance with the established policies, and procedures, the HR Generalist is responsible for supporting the HR Director and assisting with the administration of all HR activities. Maintains confidentiality of employee records
