GENERAL SUMMARY:

 

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing professional level human resources related work in the following functional areas: recruitment, benefits administration, training/orientation, policy and implementation and performance management.  Working in accordance with the established policies, and procedures, the HR Generalist is responsible for supporting the HR Director and assisting with the administration of all HR activities.  Maintains confidentiality of employee records

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  1. Bachelor degree in HR Management or related field; or high school diploma with at least 3 years of HR experience or 5 years of administrative experience. 
  2. Comprehensive knowledge of administrative functions including office equipment.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  4. Must be detail oriented, organized and have excellent communication skills.
  5. Valid and active driver’s license from any State
  6. Successful completion of Cypress of Raleigh golf cart training. 
  7. Previous HR Administrative experience as well as being bilingual in Spanish is desirable.
