We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with operations and employees to deliver day-to-day HR support, ensure compliance, and strengthen workforce engagement and performance.
The HR Generalist plays a key role in maintaining a positive employee experience while supporting business goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for employee relations, policy guidance, and performance management
- Assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding, and new hire integration
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Support benefits administration and HR reporting
- Partner with leadership on employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Contribute to HR process improvements and standardization efforts
🔹 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- 2–5 years of HR experience (manufacturing or industrial environment preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment
