HR Professional

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and supervisors at the New Lisbon facility
  • Support full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding for hourly and salaried roles
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including coaching, investigations, and performance management
  • Assist with benefits administration and leave management (FMLA, ADA, workers’ compensation)
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
  • Partner with leaders on engagement, retention, and workforce planning initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
  • Support training efforts, including new‑hire orientation and ongoing development
  • Assist with HR reporting, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Promote a safe, respectful, and employee‑owner‑focused workplace culture

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of HR Generalist experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Working knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust at all levels
  • Hands‑on, solutions‑oriented approach with a high level of discretion and integrity
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
  • SHRM‑CP or PHR certification preferred
