You'll also support a variety of HR activities-from onboarding new hires to helping employees navigate HR questions. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the mix of people, process, and problem solving that comes with working in HR.

What You'll Do

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruiting process from posting jobs to making offers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand what great talent looks like for their teams.
  • Source candidates through job boards, networking, social platforms, and referrals.
  • Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
  • Help create a great candidate experience from first conversation through offer.
  • Keep job postings updated and maintain candidate pipelines.
  • Track recruiting progress and share insights with hiring managers and leadership.

HR Support

  • Help onboard new employees and ensure they feel welcomed and set up for success.
  • Answer employee questions and provide day-to-day HR support.
  • Maintain HR records and support HR processes and policies.
  • Assist with HR programs such as performance reviews, engagement initiatives, and culture-building activities.
  • Jump in to support other HR projects as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruiting.
  • Experience managing full-cycle hiring.
  • Someone who enjoys building relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple open roles at once.
  • Strong communication skills and good judgment when handling sensitive information.
  • Experience using an ATS or recruiting software.

Nice to Have

  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.)
  • Experience recruiting in a fast-paced or growing company
  • Interest in broader HR initiatives beyond recruiting
