Position Summary

The Human Resources Business Partner: Employee Relations & Workforce Programs owns core people processes that directly impact employee experience, compliance and workforce stability. This role serves as the primary point of contact for corrective action, performance support, workforce status changes and separations across all businesses.

 

This HRBP partners closely with leaders to navigate employee relations matters, ensure consistent application of policies and support workforce programs that scale with the business. The role also leads key workforce touchpoints including Monday orientation delivery and IEC program coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Own corrective action processes and performance support, ensuring fair, consistent and legally compliant practices
  • Partner with leaders on employee relations matters including coaching, performance expectations and documentation
  • Provide guidance on policy application, risk mitigation and appropriate next steps

Workforce Status & Lifecycle Management

  • Own workforce status changes across all business units including promotions, transfers, pay changes and terminations
  • Ensure accurate, timely and compliant processing within HR systems
  • Lead offboarding and separation processes, including documentation, risk review and exit coordination

 Orientation & Employee Experience

  • Lead and deliver Monday new hire orientation, ensuring a consistent and engaging onboarding experience (Monday’s begin at 6:30AM)
  • Partner with Training, Safety and Operations to align messaging and delivery
  • Identify opportunities to improve orientation content, flow and employee experience

 Data, Systems & Projects

  • Maintain data integrity within HR systems to support reporting and trend analysis
  • Identify patterns in employee relations, turnover and workforce activity to inform proactive solutions
  • Lead or support HR projects focused on process improvement, scalability and operational excellence

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws
  • Demonstrated experience handling employee relations and corrective action processes
  • Experience supporting both field and professional employee populations preferred
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms, UKG Pro experience a plus
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to learn and leverage HRIS backend functionality to improve processes
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Detail oriented, self-driven and results focused
  • Comfortable operating in a fast paced, multi business environment
