Responsible for recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and professional development to attract and retain top employee talent. Supports and contributes to the achievement of departmental objectives by proactively addressing College staffing needs, human resource issues, interpreting policies and procedures, and various projects.
Responsible for managing the institution’s benefits programs and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations in higher education. The role focuses on administering employee benefits, overseeing payroll processes, and maintaining HR information systems. This position is critical in safeguarding the institution’s legal and ethical standing while supporting employee well-being through comprehensive benefits management.
