- Provides corporate human resources services including: talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation administration and health and welfare benefits administration including leave programs, records management, employee relations and retention, compliance, and completing personnel transactions.
- Act as local HR support for the facility.
- Supports human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action.
- Maintain HRIS records and compile reports from database.
- Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the I-9 verification process.
- Recommend innovative approaches, polices, and procedures to promote continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
