- Ensures compliance with all human resources related state and federal laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures.
- Administers various human resources policies and procedures for all employees of the organization.
- Establishes and maintains department records and reports.
- Protects organization’s value by maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
- Processes offer letters, non-competes, confidentiality agreements, addendums, and positions changes.
- Posts external and internal open positions, sets up hiring manager access, and trains hiring managers on applicant tracking system.
- Maintains all workers compensation and OSHA requirements such as filing claims, requesting accident reports, drug screens, medical release paperwork, wage requests, OSHA logs, OSHA reporting, and OSHA forms.
- Maintain, track, and house competency requirements and competency documents for clinical teams.
- Creates company newsletter weekly to engage nationwide culture.
- Handles first day orientation presentation for all new hires.
- Assist with leave of absence management.
- Manages employee engagement through onboarding surveys, exit surveys, employee engagement surveys, and more.
- Updates Revenue Team’s organizational chart monthly.
- Coordinate, implement, and maintain process improvement projects.
- Team lead for most lower-level projects and assistant to HR Manager and/or VP of HR for upper-level projects.
- Assists with employee relations issues.
Qualifications:
- 5+ Years proven experience as an HR Generalist
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
- BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
- PHR or SHRM-CP preferred

- This position will require the employee to handle Protected Health Information (PHI) for duties related to document and report preparation. Policies and procedures will be strictly adhered to make sure PHI is protected as required by the HIPAA Privacy Rule.
