Essential Functions:

  • Create and maintain new, existing, and terminated employee personnel records ensuring accuracy.
  • Track and maintain employee training records. 
  • Assist with benefit administration including annual open enrollment communications and election process. Verifies benefit billing accuracy and processes for payment.
  • Assist with full cycle recruitment process including posting jobs, applicant tracking and review, creating interview guides, scheduling, and participating in interviews, and new hire onboarding.
  • Assist with employee engagement events.
  • Consult with hiring managers to understand business requirements for the staffing of hourly and salaried positions. 
  • Manages job descriptions
  • Timely produce reports required by government agencies including (but not limited to) Affirmative Action plans, EEO-1, Vets 100, and I-9’s.
  • Assist with all compliance reporting required for contracts to include Section 3, MBE/WBE goals, utilization reports and good faith efforts.  Coordinate and communicate responsibilities to Field Manager, Payroll Manager, Sales, Estimating, and HR to garner their support to assure Molin fulfills contract commitments.
  • Participate in job fairs with DEED, high schools, and community sponsored events.  Participate in college recruitment programs.
  • Network and build relationships with organizations that will provide staffing solutions for short- and long-term solutions.
  • Develop strong working relationships at all levels, maintaining professionalism and integrity.
  • Other HR Department projects and duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communication Studies, or other related discipline
  • 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, manufacturing or construction environment preferred.
  • Prior experience with an HRIS, preferably UKG (UltiPro)
  • Basic understanding of OFCCP, collective bargaining agreements preferred

Licenses/Certificates:  Valid driver’s license. 

Pay & Benefits: 

  • Pay for this position will range from $65-75k annually depending on the experience, certifications, and qualifications of the applicant.*
