We're looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Generalist to join our growing team and lead the charge on recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement. Own recruitment from job postings to candidate selection
Lead onboarding to ensure seamless new hire experiences (HRIS & ATS: iSolved)
Be a trusted advisor-the go-to for employee questions and concerns
Support performance reviews and training program coordination
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Promote engagement through programs and initiatives
Serve as Office Manager for site supplies and general coordination
Contribute to HR metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement
2-5 years in a generalist HR role with strong focus on hiring and onboarding
Associate degree in HR, Business, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
Solid HR compliance knowledge-state and federal
Strong communication, organization, and tech skills (MS Office, HRIS; iSolved a plus)
SHRM certification a bonus
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is a big plus
Primarily office-based with light travel (once weekly between IN sites, quarterly out of state)
Occasional visits to production floor (PPE provided)
Strong focus on ethics, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving
Hourly Pay $26.44 - $31.25 based on experience
