    Description:  Human Resources Generalist, Full Time

    Reports To:  Director of Human Resources

    Salary Range:  $23.52 to $29.40 per hour based on qualifications and experience; excellent benefits package, linked here: Benefits At A Glance - Staff

    Position Summary:  The Human Resources Generalist supports the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of the College by administering HR programs and services that enhance employee engagement, ensure compliance, and support retention efforts. This position is responsible for benefits administration, personnel data management, employee recognition initiatives, and providing comprehensive HR support.

    Qualifications:  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. 2. Two years of work experience required with emphasis in benefits administration preferred. 3. Strong organizational problem-solving, and analytical skills required. 4. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills required. 5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all employees is required. 6. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and discretion is required. 7. Proficiency with HRIS systems (Colleague preferred). 8. Knowledge of federal and state employment regulations, payroll, and benefits practices preferred
