Job Summary:
Provides professional-level support across a range of HR functions, including employee relations, policy interpretation, compliance, and data-informed decision-making. Serves as a first-line HR resource for leaders and employees, helping ensure the consistent application of HR policies and practices at the departmental or operational unit level. Exercises independent judgment in handling confidential issues, conducting initial investigations, and advising on corrective action within established frameworks. Matters involving broader impact, precedent-setting decisions, or strategic workforce planning are escalated to HR Business Partner's (HRBP or Sr. HRBP) . This role plays a critical part in supporting operational excellence while aligning with HR guidance and system standards.
