As an HR Generalist II at C&N, you’ll play a key role in supporting our people, partnering with leadership, and keeping our HR operations running smoothly. You could be responsible for:

1. Acting as a liaison between HR and managers/employees, ensuring clear and effective communication regarding employment transitions and other HR processes.
2. Supporting the CHRO with administrative tasks, reporting, and special projects related to HR strategy and operations.
3. Assisting with internal HR communications, including drafting announcements and updates for employees.
4. Providing assistance and backup support across HR functions.
5. Responding to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other workplace matters.

Requirements:

You will need a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field AND 2-4 years of related HR experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

You will demonstrate well-developed abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Conflict resolution and negotiation
• Attention to detail and organization
• Analytical mindset for data reporting
• Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
