| Job Description: |
The Human Resources Generalist II reports to the Manager of Human Resources in the UFIT Business Center. This position facilitates the entire employment lifecycle, interprets and implements current labor laws and University policy, and occasionally works on special projects that improve people‑management processes. This position encompasses aspects of talent acquisition and recruitment, training and development, leave management, payroll, and identity access management. Key Responsibilities

The starting salary range is $55,000 - $57,000 annually, commensurate with experience. |
