Introduction:
We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Generalist, who will have many important duties, as they’re responsible for ensuring that the facilities in which they work and represent are always fully compliant with all state and federal regulations. You must also ensure that every staff member is legally licensed and/or credentialed and up to date with the latest medical policies and procedures. A minimum of three years of medical credentialing is required for this role.
Qualifications:
Perform administrative duties such as creating reports, forms and letters, and filling
Handle various HR projects and provide leadership assistance
Must be a team player
Possess strong computer skills in Word, Excel, DocuSign, One Drive, etc.
Solution Oriented
Assist HR Director with short-term and long-range goals of developing HR policies and procedures, labor laws, standards and government regulations and suggested improvements
Other duties as assigned
Primary Duties:
Create and maintain medical licensing, review and collect provider credentials, and assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees
Conduct research on updated state and federal regulations and policies
Release information to requesting agencies and public inquiries when required by law
Lead and develop internal credentialing processes
Monitor license and credential expiration dates and advise staff members of required "renew by" dates
Ensure the facility and staff members are maintaining compliance with regulatory and accrediting institutions
