We are looking for an HR Generalist who is comfortable and capable of independently supporting HR functions across two retail locations — Plymouth Meeting, PA and Exton, PA — with duties split between both stores. Job Responsibilities

• Manage the HR functions for two store locations: Plymouth Meeting, PA and Exton, PA, with duties shared across both sites

• Carry out policies related to phases of the Company and Human Resources

• Onboard new hires by completing all necessary paperwork and processes

• Maintain coworkers’ records in accordance with Company and government guidelines for reporting purposes

• Plan and conduct new coworker orientation and other types of training classes to foster positive attitudes and improve coworker retention

• Responsible for promoting, initiating, and maintaining all facets of benefits, compensation, and performance appraisal review program

• Responsible for timekeeping and payroll procedures

• Handle all employee relations concerns with guidance from Corporate office

• Oversee Human Resources Assistant in each location

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree, preferred

• Prior retail sales management experience, preferred

• 4+ years Human Resources Generalist experience preferred.

• Creative problem solving and confidentiality skills

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to learn HR computer systems 

• Available to work varied days and hours as work schedule requires, including evenings and weekends; must be willing and able to travel regularly between the Plymouth Meeting, PA and Exton, PA store locations
