Human Resources Manager

Location: Long Beach, CA

Reports To: Director of Human Resources
Salary: $90,000 – $105,000 annually

About the Role

Beach Front Property Management is looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee the full employment cycle and support our growing HR team. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on compliance, employee relations, and strategic workforce planning. What You’ll Do

• Lead investigations and handle escalated employee relations issues
• Support and partner with the HR team and managers in day-to-day operations
• Conduct compliance audits and maintain accurate legal documentation
• Support workers’ compensation administration and assist the benefits administrator
• Analyze staffing needs and partner with leadership on workforce planning
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to drive talent acquisition strategies
• Advise managers on employment law and company policy
• Respond to general HR questions from employees and managers
• Streamline HR workflows and maintain accurate records  
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and solve problems effectively
• Assist with other duties assigned. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience (property management or compliance-heavy industries preferred)
• Strong knowledge of California labor laws and HRIS systems
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage sensitive employee matters with discretion
