We are looking for a talented Human Resources Manager to join our team specializing in Human Resources for our York, SC location.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:  
College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required. 
 
Experience:  
Significant relevant work experience required. 



Qualifications
  • The work location for this position is York-SC. 
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources, including previous leadership experience.    
  • As the HR Manager, this position will be responsible for developing the HR function, fostering the Right Environment, and managing Employee Relations. 
  • Will also collaborate with other HR teams to translate corporate initiatives into localized strategies that effectively address both organizational and employee needs.    
  • Serve as the Human Resources Partner, working closely with the leadership team.    
  • Champion the company’s values and culture by engaging with business leaders and the HR function to align and support organizational planning.
