A little about this position:

  • The HR Manager is a strategic business partner to the VP of Human Resources, leading day‑to‑day HR operations and a team of HR professionals.
  • The role designs, implements, and evaluates HR programs and policies that foster an engaged, high‑performance workforce and ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, MOL, in HR or related field preferred, experience in place of degree will be considered
  • 5-7 years of related experience required, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Solid generalist background with broad knowledge of Business Strategy and Analytics, Compensation administration, Planning and Talent Management, Operational Management, HRIS/Technology, Culture and Engagement, Risk/Compliance, Employee/Labor Relations, Organizational Development and Training, Leave Administration
  • Well-developed administrative skills. Lead with empathy-driven management, balancing principled decision-making with a deep understanding of people
  • PHR, SHRM-CP certifications preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project‑management and leadership abilities; able to prioritize, delegate, and deliver on multiple initiatives concurrently
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR disciplines—including talent acquisition, compensation, performance management, employee relations, compliance, HRIS, learning & development, and DE&I—and the ability to translate that knowledge into practical solutions
  • High level of discretion with sensitive and confidential information
  • High level user knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications and advanced knowledge of Excel for use in business analytics
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, HRIS platforms, and data‑analytics tools

Pay: $85,489.17 - $90,916.88 per year
