Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager to provide strategic support and manage a wide range of HR functions to enhance our organization's workforce capabilities. This role requires a dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at fostering a positive and compliant workplace culture.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to management in various HR domains, including Employee Relations, Compensation Management, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Benefits Administration.
  • Act as a liaison for HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop, maintain, and enforce consistency in HR policies while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Proactively monitor and interpret changes in legislation, implementing necessary updates to maintain compliance.
  • Direct and evaluate HR operations to ensure performance, quality control, and adherence to organizational standards.
  • Oversee and coordinate internal and external HR audits, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR processes.
  • Implement performance improvement strategies to align individual contributions with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee the administration of employee health and benefit programs, ensuring effective communication and seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of Proven experience in HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
