Ken-Caryl Ranch Metropolitan District is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and enhance our HR functions. As a key member of our Leadership Team, you will oversee all aspects of human resources management and play a vital role in shaping our workplace culture. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing and advancing the District’s HR functions. This includes implementing HR policies and programs, supporting employees and supervisors, and managing full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, training, compensation, benefits, payroll, and compliance. The HR Manager also leads risk management functions, including safety programs and workers’ compensation, and is an active member of the district’s leadership team.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
At least five (5) years of progressive human resources experience, including employee relations, recruitment, benefits, performance management, and compliance
Experience in a similar industry or organization size preferred; familiarity with HR systems and best practices required
HR certifications (aPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred
Valid Colorado Driver License with an acceptable driving record
Knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR/payroll systems
Compensation and Benefits This full-time, exempt position offers a salary range of $89,300 to $125,900, with an expected hiring range of $89,300 to $103,200 annually, depending on experience. The District supports work-life balance through flexible hybrid work options, 168 hours of PTO annually, 80 hours of holiday pay, and 24 hours of bereavement leave.
