Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and safety regulations

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
