Job Summary:
The Human Resources Manager is a strategic and operational leader responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of human resources activities. This role serves as a key partner to senior leadership and operations, ensuring that people strategies directly support business performance, growth objectives, and organizational culture.
The HR Manager provides handsâon leadership across employee relations, talent management, compliance, performance management, and workforce planning while ensuring consistent application of company policies and employment practices. Acting as both a trusted advisor and an accountable owner of HR execution, this role balances strategic thinking with dayâtoâday problem solving in a fastâpaced, fieldâbased environment.
