Helgesen Industries is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead HR functions at our Hartford, WI facility. This role is responsible for overseeing recruitment, payroll & benefits administration, employee relations, training & development, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

📌 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
📌 Experience: Minimum 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
📌 Certifications: SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
📌 Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ADP Workforce Now, ERP systems, applicant tracking systems, and benefits administration platforms.
