HOW YOU WILL IMPACT THE BIG PICTURE:

In this pivotal role, you’ll be more than an HR partner, you’ll be a coach and developer of people. You’ll work side-by-side with managers to build leadership capacity, guide performance, and create a positive employee experience that reflects the values of our Catholic faith. You’ll bring both strategic insight and day-to-day HR expertise to support our dedicated team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Coach and support supervisors to grow as leaders
  • Guide employee development and performance conversations
  • Help managers navigate staffing, hiring, and retention with excellence
  • Support engagement, training, and workforce initiatives
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations and organizational growth
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by recommending HR best practices.
  • Leverage the HCM (Paylocity) to review workforce data and analyze trends in order to support proactive HR strategies.

ABOUT YOU:

  • 5–7 years of broad HR experience (Generalist/Manager level), including coaching, staff development and employee relations.
  • Strong communicator and relationship-builder.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR systems (Paylocity preferred).
  • Practicing Catholic with a commitment to EWTN’s mission.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
