RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and administer Gateway Center of Monterey County Human Resources functions, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, compensation, benefits, HR compliance, employee health and safety, employee relations, and performance management. Provide professional guidance and counsel to management in the development and implementation of policies and practices that comply with all applicable regulations and are consistent with Gateway Center’s mission and values. Collaborate with the Executive Director on a regular basis on ensuring compliance and building stronger employee engagement and organizational culture.
