The HR Manager serves as a trusted partner to leadership and a key advocate for our team. This role will lead HR Compliance, talent acquisition, employee relations, and cultural programs, ensuring that our people strategy supports the continued growth of the company.

What You'll Do

You will play a central role in shaping the future of our team by:

• Leading talent acquisition and recruiting efforts to bring exceptional people into the organization
• Supporting and advising leadership on employee relations, performance management, and team development
• Driving programs that reinforce a high-performance, team-oriented culture
• Managing onboarding, training initiatives, and employee lifecycle programs
• Ensuring compliance with HR regulations while maintaining best-in-class people practices
• Overseeing compensation, benefits administration, and performance evaluation programs
• Supporting safety programs and regulatory compliance
