• Experience in HR leadership, preferably in a unionized setting
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of labor law, payroll, and benefits administration
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide HR processes including hiring, onboarding, and performance management
• Support leadership and staff on HR policies and employee concerns
• Manage benefits, payroll, and HRIS systems
• Oversee compliance with employment laws and reporting requirements
• Lead or support union interactions, investigations, and disciplinary actions
• Coordinate leave management and workplace accommodations
• Contribute to organizational planning, training, and internal culture-building
