Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function and support the continued growth of our organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values strong employee relationships, and is passionate about building effective HR systems and processes aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership

    • Lead the development and execution of HR initiatives aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and operational goals.

    • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, offering insight on workforce planning, organizational structure, and talent strategy.

    • Foster and reinforce a positive, employee-centric culture grounded in collaboration, engagement, and high performance.

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

    • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.

    • Design and manage a seamless onboarding experience that equips new employees for long-term success.

  • Employee Relations & Coaching

    • Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, handling sensitive matters with professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment.

    • Provide coaching, mediation, and conflict resolution to employees and supervisors to maintain a respectful and productive work environment.

    • Promote open communication and transparency across all teams.

  • HR Operations

    • Manage payroll and benefits administration in partnership with internal teams and external vendors.

    • Ensure full compliance with all employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.

    • Support performance management processes and assist leaders in goal-setting, reviews, and development planning.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a generalist or HR management capacity.

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance standards.

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.

  • Experience onboarding new employees and creating structured onboarding programs.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.

  • Ability to maintain a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.

  • Experience with Paylocity is preferred but not required.

    Salary Range: $60,000 to $80,000 depending on experience.
