Salary Range: $80,000 – $130,000

About the Role

A well-established, fast-paced organization in the Capital Region is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join its leadership team. This role is responsible for delivering a broad range of HR functions while supporting both employees and management in a dynamic operational environment.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a high-energy workplace, brings strong compliance and employee-relations expertise, and enjoys building and improving HR programs that support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes
• Administer employee benefits programs and serve as a resource for benefits-related questions
• Support employee development through coaching, training, and performance management
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives
• Advise managers on employee relations, workplace issues, and best practices
• Analyze existing HR systems and recommend process improvements or new initiatives
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Maintain accurate HR records and reporting
• Partner closely with HR leadership to support organizational objectives

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Human Resources Manager or senior HR generalist role
• Strong working knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and best practices
• Experience with recruiting, benefits administration, and employee relations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments
• Organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
